Family Fun Day

Here is the video from our first Family Fun Day.

Thank you to the GTMC and one of our fabulous patrons Paul Waite who organised the Golf day at Tudor Park,Kent.

Thank you to the GTMC and one of our fabulous patrons Paul Waite who organised the Golf day at Tudor Park,Kent. Here is a little bit about the day:

“On 25th July GTMC held a charity golf day in aid of the Eden Dora Trust for which Paul is a patron.  The event which was held at Tudor Park in Maidstone played host to 18 teams including Avis, Norad Travel and Key Travel as well as the GTMC team which was captained by Paul himself. After team registration and a breakfast of bacon rolls the teams headed out on the course full of competitive spirit and camaraderie for an exciting round on the 18 hole championship golf course. With the sun shining down over the course Andy and Julie provided refreshments throughout the day on their on  trusty drink filled golf buggy with Sophie following closely behind as the ‘official photographer’ for the day. After the round the teams headed back to the Thurnham Suite for a lunch of fish and chips accompanied by some well deserved beers. After lunch the most important part of the day commenced with the raffle drawer, charity auction curated by David Giles and the announcement of the golf competition winners. We were overwhelmed with the generosity of the GTMC members and partners when it came to the prizes donated and were lucky enough to be able to offer our winners prizes from Eurostar, Qatar, Rovos Rail and Marriott to name just a few.
An amazing grand total of  £5,000 was rasied for the Eden Dora Trust and all of us here at GTMC would like to thank everyone involved in the day for their enthusiasm and generosity and hope you enjoyed your day as much as we did!”
